CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel up to 7 days before your arrival day free of charge. You will be charged the total price of the reservation in the 7 days before arrival. Exceptions: During 'Semana Santa' (Easter Week) and 'Feria de Málaga' (August) all reservations are non-refundable. The total amount will be charged anytime after booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is available between 12:00 PM and 01:00 AM. Check-out is until 11:00.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
A damage deposit of 50,00 Euros is required upon arrival. The deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
CHILDREN:
All children are welcome! Children under 6 years are free of charge. Age 6 and above are considered adults. Baby Beds and high chairs are available free of charge upon request.
GROUPS:
Group Bookings (more than 2 apartments or 8 guests) are generally not accepted to not disturb other guests.
PARTIES / EVENTS:
Parties and events are not allowed in the apartments. The building is kept very quiet, especially between 22:00 and 08:00.
SMOKING:
All apartments are non-smoking.
PETS:
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Por lo general, no se aceptan reservas de grupo (más de 2 apartamentos o 8 personas) para no molestar a otros huéspedes.
FIESTAS/EVENTOS:
No se permiten fiestas ni eventos en el apartamento. El edificio se mantiene muy silencioso, especialmente entre las 22:00 y las 08:00.
FUMAR:
En todos los apartamentos está prohibido fumar.
MASCOTAS:
No se permiten mascotas en el apartamento.
